What Apply+ is

Apply+ is a web portal for education consultancies, agent networks, and institutions to manage student applications and the processes around them. Student profiles bring together personal and passport details, academic history, language proficiency, and uploaded documents. Teams can use the application command centre to view universities, intakes, offer status, fees, visa status, and missing documents, with filters for nationality, manager, partner, and destination. The document vault supports previews, uploads, downloads, and version tracking. Templates populated with student data can produce conditional offer letters, SEVP forms, agreements, and certificates. Apply+ also tracks deferrals and embassy status, handles document review and applicant communications, and calculates partner commissions and agent invoices. Teams can monitor amounts earned and paid, then export ledgers and filtered reports to Excel or PDF. The platform has separate permissions for admins, managers, partners, agents, and students. Pricing is on request. The site says data migration is included with no setup fee and that most consultancies are running within a week.
