What AmpKnob BDH III is
AmpKnob BDH III is a guitar amplifier simulation plugin modeled on a modern high-gain American amplifier. Its one-knob interface is intended to provide a ready-to-use tone for modern metal riffs and creamy leads. A switchable overdrive pedal tightens the low end and drives the amp input harder. The plugin includes a matched speaker cabinet captured at Fascination Street Studios; users can disable that cabinet or load their own impulse response. It runs as VST3, AU, or AAX in compatible DAWs, or as a standalone application. Standalone tools include recording, a tuner, and a metronome with adjustable meter and accent plus automatic speed increments. Requirements are Windows 10 or newer and macOS 10.13 or newer, with native Apple Silicon support without Rosetta. A full-functionality 14-day trial is available. The one-time purchase costs €49, paid once. Bogren Digital, the trade name of FStreet Media AB, provides installation and troubleshooting support and lists its postal address in Örebro, Sweden.
