What Amorphic Data Platform is

Amorphic Data Platform is a cloud-native Data and Automation Platform-as-a-Service that combines data ingestion, transformation, governance, storage, and AI services in an AWS-native platform. It is deployed in the customer's AWS account, where Cloudwick says customer data, metadata, and encryption keys remain under the customer's control. The platform brings together data across teams, systems, and formats, and uses entity resolution to create unified views of people, cases, or other entities. Its tools include automated cataloging, metadata tagging, lineage tracking, and role-based dataset access. Pipelines can start from files, streams, or APIs; AI features include role-based access, PII controls, document processing, and vector indexing for retrieval-augmented generation and question answering. Listed integrations include Amazon SageMaker, Bedrock, OpenSearch, and Kendra, as well as zero-ETL connectors for AI notebooks and BI tools. Version 3.0 adds built-in CI/CD, column-level versioned lineage, role-based views, quick-start templates, and centralized data-source management.
