If we were to take into account the past reports from Xiaomiui, Xiaomi looks to be working on the Pad 6 series. The MIUI codes contained mentions of two forthcoming tablets with the codenames pipa and liuqin. The renowned tipster Digital chat station has now provided us with yet another leak regarding the Xiaomi Pad 6 series that is more thorough and covers nearly all of the specifications of the future tablets.
Both tablets will reportedly have 11-inch screens with a resolution of 2880 x 1800 and a refresh rate of 120 or 144 Hz (depending on the model), powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon chipsets and supporting Dolby Vision and HDR10+. Both of these tablets now allow fast charging and have larger batteries.
Xiaomi Pad 6, Pad 6 Pro specifications
The Xiaomi Pad 6’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 is a significant improvement over the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 860. Additionally, according to DCS, the Xiaomi Pad 6 with model number M82 will make its debut in China, India, and other international markets. The 11-inch screen of the standard Xiaomi Pad 6 is anticipated to have a refresh rate of 120Hz which is on par with the outgoing model.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 CPU, on the other hand, is expected to power the Xiaomi 6 Pro, making it the fastest tablet on the market. The tablet could sport a 120Hz AMOLED screen with a 2.8K resolution. Compared to the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro, which had an IPS LCD display, this may be a significant improvement with an OLED panel.

For the tablets, we may anticipate up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage, and it may still support 67W rapid charging, but the battery size and camera specs are yet unknown. According to the leaker, the company has not yet announced plans to introduce a 5G version of the tablet.
Even though the Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro was just released in the third quarter of last year, the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro are anticipated to launch sometime in Q2 2023, likely before June.
