Overview

Realatic is a real estate CRM for teams managing incoming leads, property matching and follow-up. It suits small agencies that want those workflows in one tool, though its free tier is tightly capped and Business is the only plan that names a buyer portal and full automation.

Its web and Android access and lead-handling features make it a focused option for property teams; the right fit depends on whether its monthly lead and user limits match the team’s workload. Compare it with the broader Real Estate CRM Software category if you are still weighing options.

Key features

Realatic combines lead import and routing with property matching and automated follow-up. That combination covers the path from getting prospects into a system to directing them toward properties and maintaining contact. Email marketing is also included. These capabilities are relevant to teams that want connected lead workflows, but no details establish how they are configured or how follow-ups are triggered.

Business adds a buyer portal and full automation, plus Full Agentic AI. Those additions make it the plan to consider if a portal and automation are central requirements; Pro does not name them. The plan descriptions do not clarify what Full Agentic AI entails.

Pricing

The free plan costs 0.00 INR per free forever, requires no credit card and allows 3 users, 100 leads/month and 1 project. It is a sensible way for a small team to start, but the lead and project caps make it a poor fit once activity or inventory grows.

Pro costs 499.00 INR per month on monthly billing. It allows up to 100 users and 1,000 leads/month, a substantial increase over Free’s quotas and a practical step up for teams whose lead volume exceeds the free allowance. The stated plan terms do not give a project limit.

Business costs 1199.00 INR per month on monthly billing and includes Full Agentic AI, a buyer portal and full automation. It is the clearest choice for teams that need those named capabilities, but costs more than twice Pro; teams that only need the larger user and lead allowances may find Pro the more proportionate option.

The pricing note also gives a paid starting price of ₹399/user/mo (annual), which differs from the stated monthly Pro price. The annual starting price is per user, while the plan prices above are monthly; compare the billing basis and team size before choosing.

Platforms

Realatic runs on the web and Android, and a mobile app is included. That gives Android-using teams a mobile option alongside the browser, but no iOS platform is named.

Who it's for

Realatic is best suited to real estate teams that need lead import, routing, property matching and follow-up in a single CRM, and can work within the applicable monthly lead quota. Free fits a small operation with no more than 3 users, 100 leads/month and 1 project. Pro is better for teams needing up to 100 users and 1,000 leads/month. Business is aimed at teams that specifically need its buyer portal and full automation.

Look elsewhere if iOS access is essential, if the free tier’s caps are too restrictive, or if you need capabilities beyond the workflows and plan additions named here.

Pros and cons

Pros: Lead import, routing, property matching and automated follow-up cover several core prospect workflows in one product.
Pros: Free is genuinely ongoing and requires no credit card, making it possible for a small team to begin without a paid commitment.
Pros: Pro raises capacity to up to 100 users and 1,000 leads/month; Business adds a buyer portal and full automation.
Cons: Free is limited to 3 users, 100 leads/month and 1 project, so it can be outgrown quickly by an active agency.
Cons: Android is the only named mobile platform; iOS users are not covered by the platform offering.
Cons: The ₹399/user/mo annual starting figure and 499.00 INR per month Pro price use different billing bases, so buyers must compare total costs carefully.

Alternatives

LeadPixie is worth considering if a free plan for up to 10 users or iOS support matters more than Realatic’s stated property matching and follow-up combination.

Propwise is an alternative with a free plan, a free trial, and web, iOS and Android support.

Sell.Do suits teams willing to request a custom quote; its custom plan requires a minimum of 5 users.

REALM is a paid alternative with a free trial and a stated EVE X price of 49.00 USD per month per seat.

Propertybase is a paid, web and mobile alternative whose Salesforce Edition starts at 89.00 USD per month per user.

eesy offers a free web plan for one agent and 50 contacts, an option for a smaller contact list.

Makanify is a paid web and mobile alternative with a Builder plan at 1000.00 INR per month, billed annually, with GST applicable.

Street.co.uk is another real estate software option.

Verdict

Choose Realatic if your property team wants lead intake, routing, matching and follow-up together, and its user and lead quotas fit your workload. The ongoing no-card Free plan is a useful starting point, while Business has a clear case for teams that need a buyer portal and full automation. Look elsewhere if you need iOS, exceed the stated quotas, or cannot reconcile the annual per-user starting price with the monthly plan pricing.
