| Online classroom | Online lessons use browser-based video and a shared interactive whiteboard, with no downloads or meeting links required. | Lessons take place in Tutorful's built-in Lessonspace classroom rather than through a required external video service. |
| Payments | Payments are held until the lesson is confirmed as completed, after which the tutor’s payout is transferred through Stripe. | Stripe processes platform payments automatically, with students paying through Tutorful rather than handling cash. |
| Support | Users can ask questions through the support chat on any page and request a human follow-up by email. | Tutorful says its support team handles payment, booking, and lesson questions by email on weekdays from 9am to 5pm. |
