Overview

Yoodli gives users AI roleplays for conversations such as discovery calls, demos, objection handling, and interviews, then assesses delivery, clarity, pacing, and effectiveness. Multiple personas let users rehearse situations involving a panel, buying committee, or group presentation. That focus is useful when you have a specific conversation to prepare for, rather than a need for an all-purpose recording app.

Practice supports more than 40 languages. The product also includes a sales content library, content authoring, certification workflows, role-play coaching, and manager analytics, delivered through a blended model. Yoodli states that it is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and GDPR compliant.

Key features

Practice and feedback

Feedback across four communication dimensions gives sessions a practical focus: users can identify whether an answer needs clearer wording, better pacing, or more effective delivery. Pro adds live AI roleplays and feedback on uploaded recordings. Those options suit people who want to practice beyond the built-in scenarios, though Pro still caps roleplays at 10 per week.

Organizational training

Yoodli supports SCORM, LTI, and web embeds for learning-management systems, along with APIs for proprietary integrations. Listed integrations span Workday, Highspot, Docebo, Intellum, Flockjay, Salesforce, Gong, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Snowflake, Google Drive, AWS, Azure, and GCP. This breadth can help teams fit roleplay into existing training and workflows; it also makes the Team & Enterprise tier more relevant than individual subscriptions for organizations needing deployment controls.

Data terms differ by plan. Roleplay data on Advanced, Team, and Enterprise is excluded from AI training by default, while individual Starter and Pro sessions may be used to improve the platform. Users who want that default exclusion should choose Advanced or an organizational plan rather than assume every tier handles data the same way.

Pricing

Plan	Price	What it includes
Starter	0.00 USD per free	5 lifetime sessions
Pro	8.00 USD per month, billed billed annually	Up to 10 roleplays per week, live AI roleplays, feedback on uploaded recordings, and user community
Advanced	20.00 USD per month, billed billed annually	Unlimited roleplays, data excluded from AI training, and professional development reimbursement
Team & Enterprise	Custom pricing	Unlimited custom roleplays per user, team dashboards, SSO, SCIM, and LMS and HRIS integrations

Starter is a no-cost way to try the format, but five lifetime sessions make it unsuitable for ongoing practice. Pro costs 8.00 USD per month on annual billing and raises the allowance to 10 roleplays a week, a fit for regular but bounded individual use. Advanced costs 20.00 USD per month on annual billing and removes the roleplay cap while adding the stated data-use default; its higher price is justified mainly for frequent practice or users who value that distinction.

Team & Enterprise uses custom pricing and is aimed at organizations needing unlimited custom roleplays per user, dashboards, SSO, SCIM, or LMS and HRIS connections. Individual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled; cancellation stops renewal, but access continues only through the paid billing period and payments are not refunded. Support is available at support@yoodli.ai.

Platforms

Yoodli is available on the web and through an API. The API and custom integration options make it more adaptable to organizational systems than a web-only practice destination, while individuals can use the web product directly.

Who it's for

Yoodli is a good fit for individuals rehearsing interviews, presentations, or sales conversations who will use structured feedback often enough to outgrow the five-session Starter allowance. Pro is the more restrained paid choice; Advanced fits heavier use or users seeking its data-use terms. Sales, learning and development, and related training teams should consider Team & Enterprise when dashboards, identity controls, custom roleplays, or LMS and HRIS integration matter. It is less compelling for someone seeking unlimited free practice or unwilling to commit to annual billing for an individual paid plan.

Pros and cons

Targeted feedback: Delivery, clarity, pacing, and effectiveness give practice more direction than simply repeating a speech.
Flexible scenarios: More than 40 languages and multi-persona roleplays support varied practice situations, including panels and buying committees.
Organizational integration: LMS standards, APIs, and named integrations can connect roleplay training to existing systems.
Severe free cap: Five lifetime sessions are only enough for a brief evaluation, not continuing practice.
Paid individual limits and terms: Pro is capped at 10 roleplays a week and individual paid plans are billed annually; cancellations are not refunded.
Plan-dependent data use: Starter and Pro sessions may be used to improve the platform, unlike the default exclusion on Advanced and organizational plans.

Alternatives

SalesRoleplay is worth considering if you want a free plan with 10 AI roleplay sessions per month and three pre-built personas; it also offers real-time coaching. Continu is a paid option for teams evaluating a learning platform with tiers organized around monthly active-user counts. Hyperbound has a free plan with 45 prebuilt AI roleplays and example scorecards, making it an alternative for users prioritizing a larger set of prepared sales practices.

Mindtickle is a paid alternative whose Readiness plan includes training, virtual roleplays, coaching, analytics, and one RTD program, but not two-way AI roleplay. heysales is another paid option. Seismic is a paid enablement product to consider if you want to explore its Enablement Cloud. Veezify is another paid, web-based alternative. AlphaLearn offers paid cloud and enterprise LMS plans, with a free trial and self-hosted platform support.

Verdict

Choose Yoodli if you want focused, repeatable speaking practice with feedback and, for teams, a route into existing training systems. Its strongest individual case is Advanced for unlimited roleplays and the default exclusion of roleplay data from AI training. Look elsewhere if five free sessions are not enough but annual billing or the plan-specific data terms do not suit you.
