Overview

Perdoo is strategy-execution software for organizations connecting company direction to team and individual goals. It suits teams that want OKRs, KPIs, and performance routines in a shared system. Its free tier is unusually capable for a five-person team, but private goals require the top plan.

Key features

Progress and integrations

Perdoo can pull progress from connected apps and generate status reports automatically, reducing manual updates for teams whose work already runs in those systems. It connects with thousands of apps, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Salesforce, Power BI, and HRIS tools. Integration tiers differ by plan, so access to premium and supreme integrations requires the corresponding paid subscription.

Goal setting and automation

The AI Assistant drafts Strategic Pillars, OKRs, KPIs, and Initiatives for company, team, or individual goals. That can help teams get a goal structure started, though it does not replace decisions about priorities or meaningful measures. Perdoo also supports goal alignment, one-on-ones, and review cycles.

The GraphQL API can create or update OKRs, Initiatives, and KPIs, and retrieve goal data for reports and dashboards. Perdoo can also connect to Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Cursor, Gemini, and other MCP-ready clients, making it relevant to teams that want to connect goal workflows with those tools.

Security and support

Perdoo states that it is SOC 2 certified and GDPR compliant. Customer data is stored in AWS data centers in Frankfurt, Germany; traffic uses HTTPS with 256-bit encryption, and databases are encrypted at rest. Paid subscriptions include online OKR 101 training and in-app chat support. Customers purchasing at least 50 user licenses receive three hours of expert coaching.

Pricing

Perdoo has a free plan and a free trial. The plan prices supplied for the product are in USD, while the general paid-from note quotes euros; compare the plan terms carefully before choosing.

Plan	Price	What it includes
Free	0.00 USD per free	Up to 5 users, Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Slack and Teams integration, AI Assistant, and Coach.
Premium	9.00 USD per month, billed per user/month	Dashboards, SSO and SCIM, Premium Integrations, API, and MCP server.
Supreme	11.00 USD per month, billed per user/month	Board Views, Custom Dashboards, Supreme Integrations, and view-only licenses.

The free plan is a credible fit for a small team that can work within the five-user cap and does not need paid-tier integrations or dashboards. Premium adds identity management, dashboards, and API and MCP access; Supreme is the necessary choice for private OKRs and KPIs, as well as its board views and custom dashboards. The free plan's five-seat ceiling and Supreme-only privacy option are material constraints for growing teams or organizations that need restricted goal visibility.

Platforms

Perdoo is available on the web, iOS, and Android, and offers an API. Its interface is available in Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.

Who it's for

Perdoo is best suited to organizations that manage strategy through both OKRs and KPIs and want progress updates, integrations, and recurring performance routines tied together. Small teams can start free; larger teams may benefit from paid support and, at 50 or more licenses, included coaching. It is a weaker fit when private goals are essential but Supreme is outside the budget.

Pros and cons

Pro: Automatic progress collection and status reports can cut manual reporting work when teams use connected apps.
Pro: The free plan combines Strategy Maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, and an AI Assistant for up to five users.
Pro: GraphQL and MCP connections support teams integrating goal data with APIs and compatible AI clients.
Con: Private OKRs and KPIs are reserved for Supreme, limiting privacy-conscious teams on lower tiers.
Con: The free tier stops at five users, while paid prices are billed per user/month, so expansion increases the subscription burden.

Verdict

Choose Perdoo if your organization needs to connect strategy, OKRs, KPIs, and progress reporting, especially if its integrations and API or MCP connections fit existing workflows. The free five-user plan gives a small team a substantial starting point. Look elsewhere if private goals are non-negotiable and Supreme's per-user price is not justified.
