Pick Neir if…
Neir may suit people seeking email across web, desktop, and standard mail clients, including users who value OpenPGP encryption for webmail copies. It is less suitable for those who require Neir to provide end-to-end encryption for ordinary email or need to send externally on the free plan.
Pick PrivMail if…
PrivMail suits people seeking OpenPGP email and encrypted file storage, including users who want to manage external email services through it. Its free plan is limited to TorGuard subscribers and webmail users.
