Overview

NaVetor brings day-to-day clinic coordination into a shared system. A real-time dashboard and live whiteboard show schedules, patient status, staff notes, and room assignments, which can help teams keep track of changing clinic activity without relying on a static appointment list. It runs on the web, Android, and iOS.

Every plan includes unlimited data storage and automatic backups, alongside free data conversion, training, and 90-day onboarding support. Patterson says it handles migration and go-live support at no extra charge, with most practices live within 30 days. That support lowers the effort of moving systems, while the 90-day period gives clinics a defined window for onboarding assistance.

Key features

Scheduling and coordination

The calendar supports drag-and-drop appointments, multiple doctors and rooms, recurring visits, and block scheduling. Automated reminders go out by email or SMS, and clients can book through a practice website or client portal. These options suit clinics coordinating several providers or recurring care; the whiteboard adds a live view of patient and room status for staff managing the day as it unfolds.

Records, diagnostics, and telemedicine

SOAP records connect treatment plans with charge capture and client communications, tying clinical notes to follow-up and billing tasks. Two-way integrations with IDEXX, Antech, and Zoetis support ordering tests and receiving results inside NaVetor, a practical advantage for clinics that use those diagnostic providers.

Video visits can start from a patient record, with notes, charges, and prescriptions captured in the same workflow. That makes telemedicine more integrated with patient care than a separate video appointment would be, though the feature is most useful to practices that actually offer remote visits.

Integrations and Atlas

Beyond diagnostics, the integration list includes Asteris PACS, Patterson Pay, CareCredit, eShelf, Vetsource, Weave, Talkatoo, PetLink, and HomeAgain. Atlas can look up practice information, help with inventory and scheduling, draft client communications, create lists, and identify business insights. NaVetor says Atlas queries use the practice's own data and that the data is not shared externally; clinics should weigh that stated data boundary when considering an AI assistant for operational work.

Pricing

NaVetor is freemium, with a 15-day trial and paid plans starting at $200/mo. The plans include all features, so the main paid-plan distinction is user capacity rather than a progressively unlocked feature set.

Patterson Pay: Free when using Patterson payment services, with eligibility subject to transaction volume. Full feature access is included. This can suit a practice that meets the transaction-volume condition and is comfortable using Patterson Pay; the condition makes it a less certain fit for clinics seeking a free plan without payment-service requirements.
Solo Practice: $200/mo for 1–3 users, with all features included. It is the entry paid tier for a small team.
Growing Practice: $300/mo for 4–10 users, with all features included. It accommodates a larger staff without giving up features.
Mid-Size Clinic: $350/mo for 11–20 users, with all features included.
Large Practice: $400/mo for 21–30 users, with all features included.
Enterprise: custom pricing starting at $550/mo for 31+ users, with all features included. Larger organizations need to confirm their actual quote.

The paid tiers scale in monthly cost as user capacity grows, so clinics should match the tier to their staff count rather than expect a cheaper plan to omit selected tools. Unlimited storage, backups, conversion, training, and onboarding support apply across plans.

Platforms

NaVetor supports web, Android, and iOS. Mobile apps extend access beyond a desktop browser, while web access remains available for clinic teams working at a computer.

Who it's for

NaVetor is a strong fit for veterinary practices that want clinical records, scheduling, client reminders, diagnostics, and video visits connected in one system, especially clinics using its named lab integrations. Its user-based tiers cover solo teams through enterprise clinics, and included migration and onboarding support help practices planning a system change.

It is less suitable for a clinic that needs a free plan without a payment-services condition, or one whose staff count pushes it into a monthly tier beyond its budget. Practices that do not need the integrated clinical and operational workflows may also find the broad feature set more than they need.

Pros and cons

Pros: All features are included across the listed plans, so smaller teams do not lose functionality at the entry tier.
Pros: Unlimited storage, automatic backups, data conversion, training, and 90-day onboarding support are included on every plan, reducing separate migration and setup costs.
Pros: Scheduling, SOAP records, diagnostics, and telemedicine connect several clinic workflows rather than leaving them isolated.
Cons: The free plan requires Patterson payment services and eligibility depends on transaction volume.
Cons: Monthly pricing increases by user band, reaching custom pricing starting at $550/mo for 31+ users.

Alternatives

Veterinary Software and Veterinary Appointment Scheduling Software provide category-wide starting points for comparing options.

Provet Cloud is worth comparing if paid web software with a separately priced platform fee and vet inclusion better matches a clinic's purchasing preference; its Core plan is 99.00 USD per month for unlimited non-vet staff accounts, while Core platform fee is 249.00 USD per month with 1 vet included.
ezyVet may suit a practice seeking a broad range of platform support and packages starting at 199.00 USD per month, with pricing varying by hospital or practice size.
Digitail is another paid option with a free trial and listed Mobile-plan capabilities including SOAP records, scheduling and online booking, inventory, billing and payments, and 40+ integrations.
VetBlue is an alternative paid veterinary software option.
DaySmart Vet is an alternative paid option for web, iOS, and Android.
Covetrus Pulse is an alternative paid web option.
Vetstar is an alternative paid web option.
VETport is another paid web option.

Verdict

Choose NaVetor if your veterinary practice wants an integrated management system with connected scheduling, records, diagnostics, and telemedicine, and values migration and onboarding support included in every plan. Its main appeal is breadth without feature gating by tier. Look elsewhere if you need an unconditional free plan or if the per-user-band monthly cost does not suit your clinic.
