Overview

JobFlowly brings office and field operations together for maid services, house cleaners, and commercial cleaning businesses. One-time and recurring work, rental turnovers, invoicing, and cleaner-facing tools sit within the same service. That breadth is useful as a business grows beyond a calendar and basic billing; a solo cleaner with a simple schedule may have little need for its dispatch and team features.

Key features

Scheduling and crew coordination

Drag-and-drop scheduling handles one-time cleans, recurring work, and Airbnb turnovers. Real-time dispatch, route optimization, and GPS tracking give managers tools to coordinate crews in the field, which matters more when jobs span multiple properties than for an operator working alone.

Billing, payroll, and booking

Completed jobs can produce branded invoices, and batch billing supports regular clients. Payroll CSV exports formatted for Gusto, QuickBooks Payroll, or Homebase provide a route for transferring payroll data, rather than a claim that payroll itself is processed in JobFlowly. Clients can send requests through a branded booking page, but the business must approve each request before it becomes a scheduled job. That approval step preserves control over the calendar, though it does not provide automatic confirmation of bookings.

Cleaner and property workflows

Cleaners can use a mobile web portal on iPhone or Android to see schedules and job details, clock in and out, and upload photos without installing an app. Timestamped completion photos and photo-attached maintenance tickets support a record of completed work and reported issues. For short-term rentals, property-specific supply checklists, turnover photos, and scheduling around checkout and check-in gaps address the tighter handoff between guests.

Pricing

The Free Plan costs 0.00 USD per free and includes scheduling, basic invoicing, and the cleaner mobile portal, with no credit card required. It is a practical starting point for a small operation, but it does not include the fuller set of Pro capabilities. JobFlowly says there are no per-job charges or long-term contracts.

Pro costs 49.00 USD per month, billed $49/month, and includes unlimited jobs and clients, automated invoicing, payroll tracking, route optimization, recurring schedules, online booking, photo evidence, and team dispatch. The absence of job and client caps makes it the more suitable tier for a growing operation with repeat customers and field crews. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial.

Business uses custom pricing for large teams, multiple locations, or commercial contracts, and adds dedicated support and custom onboarding. That makes it the tier for organizations needing a larger-scale arrangement, but it is not a fixed-price alternative to Pro.

Platforms

JobFlowly is available on Android, iOS, and the web. The cleaner portal works through mobile web on iPhone and Android, so cleaners can access job tools without installing an app.

Who it's for

JobFlowly is a strong fit for growing cleaning companies, maid services, commercial cleaners, and businesses handling Airbnb turnovers. Its combination of recurring schedules, field dispatch, photo records, and turnover-specific checklists suits operations coordinating people across properties. A solo cleaner who needs only a basic calendar and invoice workflow may find the broader toolkit unnecessary.

Pros and cons

Pro covers the operational chain: scheduling, dispatch, routing, invoicing, booking, and photo evidence are included at one stated monthly price.
Rental-turnover details are built in: supply checklists and scheduling around guest checkout and check-in target a distinctive cleaning workflow.
Cleaner access avoids an app install: the mobile web portal includes schedules, job details, time clocking, and photo uploads.
The free tier is limited to essentials: it includes scheduling and basic invoicing, while dispatch and route optimization are among the Pro features.
Booking requests require approval: businesses retain control over job acceptance, but clients do not directly turn a request into a scheduled job.

Alternatives

Cleaning Service Software is the category overview for comparing options across the space. Consider Allclean if its free plan for up to 3 users, all features, and processing fees of 6.9% + 30¢ better match a small team's payment workflow. Opsycle is worth considering when a tightly capped free plan is enough: it includes 5 clients and 15 jobs/month, plus a public booking page and invoice and payment tracking.

SweepOS may suit a small field team that values site management, checklists, photo documentation, and basic time tracking on Android or iOS. CleanCloud is an alternative for businesses that need its broader platform coverage, including API, macOS, and Windows, alongside Android, iOS, and web. Clean Smarts is another paid option for cleaning businesses.

Cleaners App offers paid plans organized around user counts, including Solo for 1-2 users and Crew for 3-5. Janitorial Manager may be a fit for operations seeking a single-facility or lean-crew platform with training and support included. Launch27 is an alternative with paid Base and Pro tiers that include unlimited users and bookings at Base.

Verdict

Choose JobFlowly if your cleaning business needs scheduling tied closely to crew dispatch, billing, and field documentation, particularly for recurring work or rental turnovers. Its free plan offers a no-credit-card starting point, and Pro adds a broad operational set for 49.00 USD per month. Look elsewhere if you only need a basic calendar, or if the approval step for online booking does not fit the booking flow you want.
