Overview

Devokr combines OKR planning with reviews and continuing feedback for organizations that want those processes in one system. Its strongest fit is a team building a structured performance program around goals; a small team can start free, while broader needs may require Enterprise.

Key features

Goals and performance

Company, team and individual OKRs can be aligned to strategy, measured with key results, weighted and revisited through check-ins. That mix supports more than simply recording objectives: it gives teams ways to connect individual work to organizational priorities. Periodic review cycles, competency frameworks, calibration and one-on-ones add structure around formal performance conversations, while continuous feedback provides a channel between them. The breadth is useful for organizations seeking a unified process, but may be more than a team that only needs lightweight goal tracking requires.

AI, integrations and deployment

The Enterprise AI OKR Assistant suggests objectives and key results and checks existing OKRs against SMART criteria. More than 25 integrations include Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, n8n, PostgreSQL, Salesforce, Notion and Asana. Enterprise also adds REST API and webhooks, SSO, LDAP or Active Directory authentication, and Outlook integration. These options suit organizations with established systems and identity requirements; the AI assistant and expanded integrations are not part of Starter.

Web access is complemented by iOS and Android apps for goals, objective and key result details, check-ins and notifications. Organizations needing control over deployment can run Devokr on Docker and Kubernetes on their own servers or private cloud. Security features include MFA, audit trails, role permissions and data export; Enterprise adds SSO and on-premise deployment. Enterprise support includes 24/7 coverage and dedicated onboarding, with response times and escalation defined in the contract SLA.

Pricing

Devokr is freemium, with no free trial. Starter costs 0.00 USD per free, billed Forever, and requires no credit card. It allows up to 10 users and 5 teams, with unlimited OKRs, core OKR and feedback tools, meetings, check-ins, basic reporting, MFA and the mobile app. That is a practical starting point for a small team, but the user and team caps constrain wider adoption, and basic reporting is a narrower offer than a larger performance program may need.

Enterprise has custom pricing, billed according to user count and module selection; annual commitment discounts are available. It supports unlimited users and teams, configurable modules, 24/7 support and dedicated onboarding. Organizations needing 360° feedback, competency management, the AI assistant or expanded integrations must choose Enterprise, so the free entry point does not cover several of Devokr's more advanced capabilities.

Platforms

Devokr is available on the web, iOS and Android, through an API, and as a self-hosted deployment. Mobile access covers goals and check-ins, while self-hosting offers deployment on customer servers or private cloud for organizations that need that control.

Who it's for

Devokr makes sense for small teams that want free OKRs alongside core feedback and meeting workflows, and for larger organizations that want goals, reviews and feedback under one roof. Its Enterprise tier is the relevant fit for organizations needing unlimited scale, advanced performance capabilities, identity integrations, or on-premise deployment. Teams seeking only basic goal tracking may find the combined performance scope unnecessary, while those needing advanced modules should account for custom pricing.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free Starter plan includes unlimited OKRs, core feedback, meetings and check-ins for up to 10 users and 5 teams, without a credit card.
Pros: Goal alignment, weighting, check-ins, review cycles, calibration and one-on-ones support a connected performance process rather than isolated goal lists.
Pros: Mobile apps and Docker/Kubernetes self-hosting give teams both mobile access and deployment choice.
Cons: Starter stops at 10 users and 5 teams, with basic reporting.
Cons: 360° feedback, competency management, AI assistance and expanded integrations require Enterprise, whose price depends on user count and selected modules.

Alternatives

For broader comparison, see Performance Management Software and OKR Software.

Perdoo is a freemium alternative with a free plan for up to 5 users, strategy maps, OKR and KPI tracking, meetings, Slack and Teams integration, and an AI Assistant and Coach; choose it when that smaller free tier and strategy-map focus fit better.
Teamphoria offers a freemium model and a 3.00 USD per month Engage plan focused on recognition, engagement surveys, pulse surveys and mood tracking; choose it when employee engagement is the priority.
Teamflect has a free Starter plan capped at 10 users and a 9.00 USD per month Essential plan billed per user per month; consider it when those plan terms suit your needs.
WorkRight Performance offers a free plan for up to 10 active employees and is operated by an Indian company; consider it as another free performance-management option.
Effy AI has a free plan for up to 5 users with no time limit, plus a Goals and OKRs plan at 2.00 USD per year billed annually; consider it when a smaller free tier or that stated goal-plan price is a better fit.
Horilla is open source and offers free self-hosting for unlimited users and companies, as well as a 7.00 USD per month Horilla Cloud plan; choose it when open-source self-hosting is the priority.
Profit.co is a paid alternative with a free trial and custom module and user-count pricing; consider it if its dedicated customer success manager and guided onboarding are a better match.
15Five is a paid alternative with plans including Kona Meeting Assistant at 2.00 USD per year per employee per month when billed annually; consider it if that meeting-assistant offering fits your needs.

Verdict

Choose Devokr if your organization wants OKRs, formal reviews and ongoing feedback in one system, with a free starting point for up to 10 users and a self-hosted option for larger deployments. Its main drawback is the boundary between Starter and Enterprise: several of the platform's advanced capabilities require custom-priced Enterprise, so teams needing those tools should compare the full module cost before committing.
