Overview

Degpeg is a live-commerce service for businesses and creators that want to stream and sell across their own web or app presence and social channels. It is most compelling for teams combining live shopping with customer communication; the lower tiers are restrictive for app-based campaigns and shoppable video.

Key features

Degpeg brings live selling together with call routing, a chat inbox, triaging, location tracking, call recording, screen sharing and the option to add people to calls. Those communication tools may help teams manage customer interactions around a broadcast, but access is tiered: Free and Basic exclude screen sharing and conferencing, while Advanced allows conferencing for up to three people.

Shoppable videos can turn new or existing video into a shopping experience. Free and Basic limit this to one web page, without calls to action or video sharing, so they are better for experimenting than building a campaign around video conversion. Advanced adds one CTA, sharing and up to two pages; Enterprise offers four CTAs and custom page counts.

Degpeg says sellers can stream from a website or app alongside more than 30 social communities, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Twitch, Pinterest and Instagram. It also says it can integrate with any e-commerce platform. Its communication tools can connect to websites, apps and campaigns through channels such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, notifications and newspaper ads. API documentation and an SDK resource are also provided.

Production requires attention to format: web streaming uses landscape video, while app streaming uses portrait. Recording is supported, but retention ranges from two days on Free to seven on Basic and 30 on Advanced; Enterprise retention is custom.

Pricing

The Free plan costs 0.00 USD per free, billed 1 Month Free. It includes web access, 1,000 call minutes per month, two-day recording retention and free analytics. It excludes screenshots, file sharing, screen sharing, conferencing, third-party integration and technical support. Shoppable video is limited to one web page, without CTAs or sharing. This is a low-commitment way to assess the service, not a full live-selling setup.

Basic costs 100.00 USD per month, billed monthly. It raises the allowance to 5,000 minutes and retention to seven days, adds screenshots and basic analytics, but still has no file sharing, screen sharing, conferencing, third-party integration or technical support. Shoppable video remains limited to one page with no CTA or sharing. It suits web-only use that needs more call capacity, but offers little campaign flexibility.

Advanced costs 200.00 USD per month, billed monthly. It adds web and Android/iOS app access, 15,000 minutes, 30-day retention, file and screen sharing, conferencing for up to three, advanced analytics and email-only technical support. Shoppable videos gain one CTA, sharing and up to two web pages. This is the first tier that brings app streaming and more actionable video features together.

Enterprise has custom pricing and custom call-minute, recording-retention and conferencing limits. It includes web and app access, advanced analytics, third-party integrations and technical support; shoppable video includes four CTAs, sharing and custom page counts. It is the fit for organizations needing tailored capacity or integrations.

Platforms

Degpeg supports web, Android, iOS and API. The Free and Basic plans are web-only; app access begins with Advanced. That distinction matters for sellers whose audience expects portrait-oriented mobile streams rather than landscape web broadcasts.

Who it's for

Degpeg is aimed at content creators, advertisers, retailers and e-commerce businesses, educators, gaming businesses and other brands. It is a stronger match for teams that need live commerce and communication tools in one service than for those seeking broad video-campaign functionality on a low-cost plan. Degpeg says it uses reasonable industry-standard security measures but disclaims responsibility for information security. Users may request access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion of personal data by emailing hello@degpeg.com.

Pros and cons

Pros: Live selling can span a storefront and more than 30 social communities, and Degpeg says it integrates with any e-commerce platform.
Pros: Advanced combines mobile streaming, 15,000 monthly minutes, 30-day recording retention and useful shoppable-video options.
Cons: Free and Basic omit screen sharing and conferencing, while Basic also lacks file sharing and third-party integrations.
Cons: Free and Basic shoppable videos have no CTA or sharing, limiting their use for campaigns designed to drive action.
Cons: Web and app streaming require different video orientations, and technical support is absent on the first two plans.

Alternatives

For other options, see Live Shopping Platforms.

Choose Videeo if its Popclips Basic plan's 15,000 monthly views, custom video carousels and Instagram and TikTok imports better match a video-led store. Bambuser is worth comparing if a free tier with 250 monthly views, two users, one domain or market and 10 GB of storage fits your scale. LiveMeUp offers a free plan and paid Grow and Scale tiers at 89.00 USD and 249.00 USD per month, respectively, for readers comparing a different price ladder.

iimpro may suit Shopify merchants who prefer a free-to-install starter plan with a 6% commission on order subtotals instead of a monthly subscription. TalkShopLive has a Shopify Basic option with usage charges of $0.30 per item sold and 10.25% of order value, which may suit readers evaluating transaction-based costs. buywith is another option to consider.

Haggle is a free web-based alternative with a Starter plan for up to five sales reps and inbound and outbound CTA buttons. Amazon Marketing Cloud is another option to consider.

Verdict

Degpeg is best for retailers and brands that want live selling, customer communication and shoppable video under one roof, and can budget for Advanced when mobile streaming and usable video calls to action matter. Look elsewhere if you need those campaign features without a $200.00 monthly commitment, or if your production workflow cannot accommodate separate web and app video orientations.
