Overview

Datagma combines individual contact lookup with CSV enrichment and a Chrome extension. Its Phone Finder can search using a person’s full name and company, without requiring a professional profile URL. That makes it useful when a team has basic identifying details but lacks a profile link.

Users pay only when Datagma finds a verified email or phone, and empty results consume no credits. Paid-plan credits roll over for up to 12 months, which softens the impact of uneven usage. Datagma reports up to 93% email confidence and third place for EMEA phone coverage in the Clay benchmark it cites; these claims emphasize verification and European phone coverage, but do not change the practical importance of checking monthly allowances against expected demand.

Key features

Phone Finder: Search by full name and company rather than relying on a professional profile URL. This suits targeted lookups where profile-based search is not an option.
Email verification: Catch-all email validation draws on professional networks, GitHub and real bounce data, giving teams additional signals when deciding whether an address is usable.
Chrome extension: The free extension reveals verified emails and direct mobile numbers on professional profiles and Sales Navigator searches. It is the most direct fit for browser-led prospecting.
Bulk enrichment: CSV uploads can process up to 50,000 rows and return more than 75 enriched data points. That capacity suits larger list workflows, though the plan allowance still matters: File Upload enrichment is included on Popular, not Free or Regular.
Integrations and API: A REST API is included on every plan, alongside integrations with Zapier, Make, Captain Data, HubSpot, PhantomBuster, n8n and Clay. API access on the free tier makes it possible to connect workflows before paying, while the broader integrations support teams that already use those tools.
Privacy approach: The extension fetches data in real time from the public web without storing contact databases, and is described as EU-compliant by design.

Pricing

Datagma uses a freemium model, with paid plans starting at $49/mo. The free tier is a meaningful way to try API-based or browser searches, but its three phones and 90 emails per month make it a small-scale allowance rather than a team prospecting budget.

Plan	Price	Monthly allowance and inclusions	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free, billed monthly	3 phones, 90 emails, 1 seat, API access, WhatsApp integration	Occasional lookups and initial workflow evaluation.
Regular	49.00 USD per month, billed monthly	100 phones, 3,000 emails, 1 seat, API access, WhatsApp integration, catch-all emails free	One user with steady email needs and limited phone searches.
Popular	99.00 USD per month, billed monthly	250 phones, 7,500 emails, 3 seats, API access, WhatsApp integration, file upload enrichment	Small teams that need shared seats and CSV enrichment.
Expert	249.00 USD per month, billed monthly	750 phones, 22,500 emails, 5 seats, API access, WhatsApp integration, priority support	Teams with higher contact volumes that value priority support.
Enterprise	Custom pricing	Custom limits, dedicated account manager, custom service-level agreements	Organizations that need tailored limits and account support.

Regular keeps the service to one seat and does not include file upload enrichment, so it is best for individual users rather than teams processing lists. Popular is the first tier with CSV enrichment and adds two seats, while Expert raises both quotas and seats and adds priority support. Enterprise is the route for custom limits and a dedicated account manager. There is no free trial; the free plan is the available no-cost starting point.

Platforms

Datagma runs on the web and through a Chrome extension, with API access across all plans. That combination suits teams that split work between browser prospecting and connected systems; the extension is specifically aimed at professional profiles and Sales Navigator searches.

Who it's for

Datagma is a sensible fit for sales teams, recruiters, business developers, real-estate agents, growth teams and RevOps or CRM groups that need verified contact enrichment. Its name-and-company phone search helps when profile URLs are missing, while the CSV limit and integrations can support list-based or automated workflows. It is less compelling for teams whose phone needs exceed the plan quotas or who need multiple seats on the entry paid tier.

Pros and cons

Pros: Pay only for verified finds. Empty results consume no credits, so failed lookups do not drain the allowance.
Pros: Useful entry-level connectivity. API access, WhatsApp integration and one seat are included even on Free, allowing modest use without a paid plan.
Pros: Substantial CSV capacity. Uploads can handle up to 50,000 rows and return more than 75 data points, making bulk enrichment viable for larger files.
Pros: Paid credits can roll over. Up to 12 months of rollover helps users with variable monthly workloads.
Cons: Phone quotas are comparatively tight within the plans. Even Expert allows 750 phones monthly, so phone-heavy prospecting may outgrow the included volume.
Cons: The entry paid plan is single-seat. Regular’s 100 phones and 3,000 emails are for one user; teams need Popular or above for multiple seats.
Cons: Bulk upload starts at Popular. Users on Free or Regular cannot use the listed file-upload enrichment inclusion.

Alternatives

Consider Hunter if its free plan’s 50 monthly credits, Basic Discover filters and one connected email account better match your email-focused workflow. Choose Wiza if its free allowance of 20 valid emails and five phone numbers, or its Email plan with 2,500 monthly exports, better fits your prospecting needs. Kaspr is another option if a free per-user allowance of 15 B2B email credits, five phone credits and five direct email credits is a better starting point. For SalesQL, Skrapp.io, Tomba, GetEmail.io or GetProspect, compare their plan allowances with Datagma’s before choosing.

Verdict

Datagma is best for teams that want email and phone enrichment in one service, with name-and-company phone search, a usable API on every plan and a large CSV ceiling. Choose it when pay-for-success credit handling and integrations suit your workflow; look elsewhere if your team needs more than one seat at $49.00 per month or relies on phone volumes beyond the plan caps.
