Overview

CampOrganizer brings enrollment, payments, staffing, daily camp operations, family communication, learning, and reporting together in one management platform. Its scope spans preparation for a session and work during the session, with tools for registration, schedules, attendance, staff coordination, and reporting.

The product is aimed at summer and day camps, overnight and specialty camps, after-school programs, youth organizations, and university pre-college programs. Its company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria. Separate role-based products serve operators, staff, parents and guardians, and participants, giving each group a distinct way to engage with camp operations.

CampOrganizer says its information security management system is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 by an independent certification body. It describes role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, consent and data-rights workflows, and structured exports as data-protection measures. For safeguarding, sensitive children’s data is role-scoped, while access to the most sensitive values requires a reason and is logged; those values are revealed one at a time.

Key features

Enrollment and session operations

Online registration, forms, waivers, and payment processing address enrollment and fee collection. Schedules, teams, staff management, and attendance support the work of running a session. Organizers can also use incident reporting and galleries, then review analytics or export data.

Separate experiences for each role

Camp Hub and Session Console serve operators, Counselor Mobile is for staff, Family is for parents and guardians, and Explorer is for participants. Family, Counselor Mobile, and Explorer are available as mobile apps, alongside web experiences.

Integrations and support

Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integration are available by agreement for Enterprise customers. Custom integrations are separately quoted or agreed, and custom API development is available by agreement for Enterprise rather than as part of standard plans. Standard support is included in standard plans; White Label and Enterprise include priority support.

Who it's for

The platform is designed for organizations running summer or day camps, overnight or specialty camps, after-school programs, youth organizations, and university pre-college programs. Its role-specific products are relevant where operators, counselors, families, and participants need distinct experiences around the same program. Usage-Based pricing may suit organizations that prefer charges tied to participants and events or days rather than a fixed monthly subscription; All-Inclusive plans instead specify a daily active-child capacity.

Verdict

CampOrganizer combines a wide range of camp administration and session-management tasks with role-specific experiences for operators, staff, families, and participants. Its listed plans range from per-participant charges without a fixed monthly subscription to fixed monthly tiers with defined active-child limits, while Enterprise terms are custom. Organizations considering it should weigh those capacity and pricing structures alongside the agreement requirements for integrations and API work. The free first-session trial offers a way to assess the All-Inclusive level before committing.
