Overview

MindFi is a workplace mental health platform built around employee access to professional care and employer visibility into wellbeing trends. It is best suited to organizations that want therapy and coaching alongside digital resources, rather than a stand-alone self-care app.

Its strongest case is the combination of round-the-clock support, a broad provider network and aggregate employer reporting. The main trade-off is that every plan charges separately for therapy sessions, so a platform subscription does not cover the cost of treatment.

Key features

Therapy and coaching: Employees can connect with licensed therapists and certified coaches, with online or in-person sessions and stated next-day availability. That range suits teams seeking access to professional care across locations, though sessions carry an additional per-session charge.
Employee resources: The web portal and mobile app bring together psychometric assessments, self-help resources, wellness programs and 24/7 care support. Business adds a wellbeing library and live webinars, making it a more substantial employee offering than Basic.
Employer reporting: Employers can monitor utilization and wellbeing trends through analytics and insights. Reporting is described as anonymized and aggregate, with no individual data shared, which gives organizations visibility without presenting it as access to personal employee records.
Provider reach: MindFi says its network has more than 1,500 therapists and coaches across more than 60 countries and 70+ languages. That breadth may help multinational teams, though the stated network size alone does not establish availability for every location or language.
Security and integrations: MindFi states that it is GDPR compliant and ISO 27001:2022 certified, uses TLS 1.2 in transit and 256-bit encryption at rest, and conducts annual third-party penetration tests. SAML single sign-on and HRIS directory sync are add-ons in the plan comparison and are included among Enterprise capabilities.

Pricing

MindFi uses a freemium model, but its free entry point does not make therapy free. The Basic plan has a 0.00 USD platform fee and therapy billed per session, starting at $35/session.

Basic — 0.00 USD per free: For teams of <20, it includes 24/7 access to licensed psychologists and counsellors, web and mobile app access, and 24/7 call, chat and email support. It is a sensible starting point for smaller teams wanting access to care without a platform fee. It does not include the Business plan's wellbeing library, live webinars or mental wellbeing tracking.
Business — 30.00 USD per month: Billed per employee, with a minimum of 5 users, for teams of 20+. It adds a wellbeing library, live webinars and the ability to track mental wellbeing over time. This is the more fitting option for employers who want an ongoing program and tracking, but the minimum user count and separate therapy fees matter when budgeting.
Enterprise — custom pricing: For teams of 500+, with advanced reporting, wellbeing pulse surveys, SAML SSO and HRIS directory sync. It is aimed at large organizations that need those capabilities; the platform fee is custom, and therapy still starts at $35/session.

MindFi does not state a trial term or renewal schedule. Organizations can configure a plan and budget, invite their team and launch without lengthy onboarding or contracts, according to the employer page.

Platforms

MindFi supports Android, iOS and web, so employees can use a mobile app or browser-based portal. The platform is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in Singapore.

Who it's for

MindFi is a strong fit for employers seeking a mix of professional care, self-guided resources and aggregate wellbeing reporting, particularly teams that value multilingual provider reach and round-the-clock support. Basic makes the platform accessible to smaller teams; Business is better suited to employers who want a library, webinars and longitudinal tracking. Organizations that need Enterprise reporting, surveys or integrations should consider the custom-priced tier. It is less suitable for buyers seeking a single fixed price that includes therapy sessions.

Pros and cons

Pro: Therapy, coaching, assessments and self-help resources sit within one employee-facing platform, giving employers several forms of support to offer.
Pro: Aggregate, anonymized reporting offers employers utilization and wellbeing trends without sharing individual data.
Pro: The free Basic platform fee and 24/7 support lower the commitment for smaller teams exploring employee care.
Con: Therapy is charged per session on every plan, starting at $35/session, so employers must budget beyond the platform fee.
Con: Business requires at least 5 users and is positioned for teams of 20+, while Enterprise is for 500+ teams and uses custom pricing; neither is a simple fit for every organization size.
Con: SSO and HRIS directory sync are add-ons in the comparison, limiting the appeal for buyers who need those integrations without moving to Enterprise.
