Overview

WREX is a real estate marketplace paired with software for agents managing listings, leads, and transactions. It is best suited to agents and brokerages seeking both marketplace exposure and operational tools in one service. Its broad workflow coverage is appealing, but a 12-month contract and a warning against storing sensitive personal information call for care.

Agents can publish residential, commercial, and development properties, while WREX says its AI matching connects agents with buyers and sellers worldwide. Sales tracking links to property portals through APIs, and completed-sale payments are handled through an invoice system using Xero and Stripe. WREX was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in London.

Key features

Agent workflows

Lead generation, referral management, lead routing, a real estate CRM, and transaction management cover much of an agent’s work from prospecting to closing. Back-office automation and performance reporting add administrative and oversight tools. This breadth may suit teams replacing several separate workflow tools, though it does not by itself establish how well any one workflow fits a particular office.

Marketplace and sales tracking

Listings can cover residential, commercial, and development properties. WREX says its AI and machine-learning system matches agents with buyers and sellers globally, while APIs linked to services such as Rightmove, Zoopla, Realtor, Zillow, and Trulia track sales. Completed-sale payments use invoices handled through Xero and Stripe. Requested integrations may be connected where an API permits; named examples include Salesforce, HubSpot, Reapit, QuickBooks, and AWS as well as the property and payment services above.

Security and data handling

Every level includes data and document encryption, and Enterprise adds enterprise-grade cloud security. WREX Tech Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office for data protection purposes. That registration is not a reason to store highly sensitive personal information: WREX’s SaaS agreement says the system is not intended for other similarly sensitive personal information and places the risk of using such information on customers.

Pricing

WREX has a free plan, paid plans from $19.99/mo, and a 14-day trial. The pricing details identify plan rates in USD:

Free — 0.00 USD per free: For buyers and sellers, with free property listings. The broader agent license and listing limits make it less suitable for an agent who needs a full working account.
Individual — 19.99 USD per month: Covers 1–4 agent/broker licenses and is described as single user. It is the entry paid option for an individual or small operation, but the single-user term matters if multiple people need access.
Business — 149.00 USD per month: Includes 5–10 team licenses, priced per office plus user. This fits an office needing several seats, at a substantial step up from Individual.
Enterprise — custom pricing: Includes unlimited users and offices, making it the tier aimed at larger organizations.

The listed limits are one agent seat and one listing. Lead routing, listing syndication, and payment collection are available. These caps are important for anyone planning to manage multiple agents or properties, so confirm the applicable plan limits before committing. The service advertises 24/7 technical support. Contracts run for 12 months and renew for another 12 months unless either party gives written cancellation within 30 days of renewal; the trial does not remove the need to understand that renewal cycle.

Platforms

WREX is available on Android, iOS, and the web. Its pricing FAQ says it works across work computers, home laptops, iPads, and mobile devices, giving agents options to access it away from an office computer.

Who it's for

WREX makes the most sense for agents and brokerages that want marketplace listings alongside lead, referral, transaction, and sales workflows, and that can work within its seat and listing limits. It is a weaker fit for buyers or sellers seeking only property listings, teams that require more seats than their plan allows, or organizations that need to keep highly sensitive personal information in the system.

Pros and cons

Pro: Listings, lead and referral tools, CRM, transaction management, and sales tracking sit in one service, which may reduce the need to coordinate separate systems.
Pro: Android, iOS, and web access supports use across mobile devices and computers.
Pro: Encryption is included at every level, with enterprise-grade cloud security on Enterprise.
Con: A 12-month contract renews for another year unless canceled in writing within the stated 30-day window.
Con: The one-seat and one-listing limits constrain small-plan use for agents managing a team or a larger portfolio.
Con: The SaaS agreement cautions against using the system for similarly sensitive personal information, limiting its suitability for sensitive records.

Verdict

Choose WREX if you are an agent or brokerage looking to bring property listings and core sales workflows together across mobile and web. Its marketplace and agent-tool combination is the main draw; its year-long renewal terms, tight stated seat and listing limits, and sensitive-data restriction are strong reasons to look elsewhere if your needs exceed those boundaries.
