Overview

BoardiGO is board-governance software from a Luxembourg-based maker. It brings board materials, agendas, decisions, signatures, minutes, evidence and follow-up into a connected record, keeping preparation, meeting outcomes and the work that follows linked together.

Its workflow spans board-pack preparation through action close-out. Pack sections can have owners; a secretary arranges the sections and publishes the pack in one controlled step. During a meeting, votes are recorded against agenda questions, with quorum, majority and approval rules applied automatically. Signatures can be routed from a decision, and signed documents remain attached to it. Minutes are drafted from the live meeting record for review and signature.

BoardiGO also offers AI assistance with agenda preparation, document review and first-draft minutes. AI-generated work remains subject to human review. Its API documentation covers endpoints for board meetings, voting systems, document management and administrative workflows.

Who it's for

It may suit organisations that need to connect board-pack preparation, meeting decisions, signatures and follow-up in one governance workflow.

Pros and cons

Pros

Links decisions with signed documents and the actions they generate.
Applies quorum, majority and approval rules to votes recorded against agenda questions.
Offers AI assistance while keeping generated work subject to human review.
Has a free plan, with a defined user and storage allowance.

Cons

The free plan is limited to one organisation, 10 users and 2 GB of storage.
Enterprise pricing is not listed, and support and escalation terms are set in each customer's commercial agreement.
BoardiGO says it does not hold SOC, HIPAA, FedRAMP or HDS attestations. It also does not offer a single-country contractual residency lock, private cloud or on-premises deployment.
Although it says it is hosted in Europe, organisations requiring one of those specific attestations or deployment arrangements will need to account for their absence.

Alternatives

For other options, see Board Management Software or Meeting Notes Software. Board-focused alternatives include Almajles, Computershare BoardWorks, GlobalBoards, Boardable, Simbli, Diligent Audit, My Board View and Sherpany.

Verdict

BoardiGO connects the major stages of board governance: preparing and publishing materials, recording votes, routing signatures, drafting minutes and tracking resulting actions. Its free plan provides a route to the core workflow, while Pro adds broader board-pack tools, AI assistance, integrations and reporting. Its European hosting and ISO/IEC 27001-certified information security management system are relevant considerations, but organisations with strict requirements for attestations, country-specific residency or private and on-premises hosting should note the stated limits. Enterprise support terms depend on the customer's commercial agreement, and Enterprise pricing is not listed.
