Overview

Blerp combines soundboards with an audio-effects library for sharing clips, noises, and audio memes in messages, voice chats, and streams. Its broader toolkit is designed for streamers and content creators who want audience interaction through alerts, spoken messages, and reward-based sounds. Blerp supports multiple soundboards and hotkey triggering, so sounds can be organized and played without searching for each clip as it is needed.

The service spans web, mobile, browser-extension, and desktop-platform options. Its library includes more than one million user-created sounds; users can browse those clips, upload audio, or create sounds from Twitch and YouTube clips. Listed integrations include Twitch, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Kick, and other streaming platforms.

Blerp has a free plan as well as paid Blerp Unlimited subscriptions. The paid tiers include the full alert builder and subscription feature set, while a separate free TTS plan lists a voice library and moderation tools.

Key features

Sound library and playback

The library gives creators a large selection of community-uploaded sounds, with options to add their own audio or make sounds from clips on Twitch and YouTube. Multiple boards and hotkey playback support quick access to effects during a stream or voice chat.

Streaming tools

Blerp's creator tools include sound alerts, text-to-speech, video alerts, overlays, channel points, and subathon timers. The Twitch page says streamers can create over 50 Channel Reward sounds and an unlimited number of Bits rewards, although some features require Affiliate status.

Text-to-speech and moderation

Blerp advertises more than 500 TTS voices. Its TTS Free plan includes basic voice filters, a moderation queue, and word censorship. For subscribers, Blerp says messages can be managed through an approval queue and censored-word controls.

Copyright and account assurances

Blerp says only sounds marked as reviewed by its team are guaranteed to be DMCA safe, so that designation matters when choosing audio for a broadcast. It also says it does not sell or monetize user data. Blerp Beets use PayPal infrastructure powered by Braintree, according to the service.

Who it's for

Blerp is aimed at streamers and content creators who want to add sound effects, alerts, TTS, and audience rewards to their broadcasts. The library and soundboards may also suit people looking for audio memes or quick sound playback in messaging and voice chats. Creators who rely on Twitch reward features should note that some options require Affiliate status.

Streaming tools cover sound and video alerts, overlays, channel points, TTS, and subathon timers.
Hotkey triggering, multiple boards, and integrations with major streaming and social platforms are listed.
A free TTS plan includes voice filters and moderation controls.

Cons

Only sounds marked reviewed by Blerp are guaranteed DMCA safe.
Some Twitch features require Affiliate status.

Verdict

Blerp brings a sound library, reusable boards, hotkey playback, and stream-focused alerts into one service, with a free entry point and paid access to its full alert builder and subscription feature set. Its breadth is most relevant to creators building interactive broadcasts, while the plan details and moderation protections are worth checking against a channel's needs. In particular, verify whether a sound is marked reviewed before using it where copyright risk matters, and confirm that any Twitch reward feature you want is available for your account status.
