Overview

Diverst is ERG management software for organizations that want to build employee communities and increase participation. It suits teams coordinating employee resource groups and tracking their activity better than organizations looking for a general-purpose collaboration suite. Its member, leader, and DEI analytics tools address different parts of running a program, though the paid product uses custom pricing.

Key features

Members can join communities, participate in events and content, and contribute to missions and goals. Leaders have tools to attract members, encourage engagement, and build communities. Together, these capabilities support participation from recruitment through ongoing activity; they are most useful when an organization wants a dedicated structure for ERG programs rather than an informal channel alone.

DEI teams can centralize data, monitor performance, and measure impact through analytics. Teams can also track time spent, budgets, and ERG return on investment. This makes Diverst relevant to organizations that need to assess program activity alongside participation, although the measures are only useful if they align with the outcomes the organization wants to monitor.

The broader CommunityCliQ offering is aimed at global enterprise teams managing ERGs, business resource groups, affinity networks, communities of practice, regional groups, and chapters. Its support model includes a dedicated success coach, strategic client partner, and 24/7 technical support. Those services could matter to organizations running complex programs, but prospective Diverst buyers should confirm which support commitments apply to their purchase.

Pricing

Diverst is paid, with custom pricing available by contacting sales. That makes it difficult to compare costs before a sales conversation, and no seat allowance, usage quota, trial, or renewal term is stated. Organizations should request a quote that clarifies the number of users and any limits relevant to their program.

The Diverst plan has no published price. Since no lower-cost or free tier is offered, smaller groups that need only basic community coordination may find the buying process and product scope more than they need. For enterprise teams, custom pricing can accommodate a sales-led purchase, but the fit depends on the quote and applicable terms.

Platforms

Diverst is available on Android and the web. That gives members and leaders a mobile option as well as browser access; iOS is not among the supported platforms.

MentorcliQ lists integrations including Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Outlook, Google Calendars, Zoom, Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and UKG. Its integration experts work with client IT teams to configure and test connections. These options may suit organizations with established workplace and HR systems, but buyers should confirm that the specific connections they need are supported for Diverst.

MentorcliQ says its CommunityCliQ ERG solution is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Its security program includes SOC 2 Type II, Microsoft SSPA compliance, TX-RAMP Level 1, GDPR and CCPA alignment, and participation in the Data Privacy Framework. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and the company says it continuously monitors more than 70 security controls. MentorcliQ also says MentorcliQ and CommunityCliQ meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and European Accessibility Act requirements. Buyers should confirm the applicability of these hosting, security, and accessibility commitments to Diverst.

Who it's for

Diverst is designed for ERG members, ERG leaders, and DEI leaders. It is a stronger fit for organizations that want to coordinate communities and measure activity centrally, especially teams managing multiple groups or chapters. A business seeking only a basic messaging tool, or a small group unwilling to seek a custom quote, should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Member participation, leader community-building tools, and DEI analytics cover distinct needs within an ERG program.
Pros: Tracking time, budgets, and return on investment gives teams measures beyond membership and event participation.
Pros: A broad set of workplace and HR integrations may help organizations connect community programs with existing systems.
Cons: Custom pricing requires a sales conversation and leaves costs hard to compare before requesting a quote.
Cons: Android and web are the stated platforms; organizations that require an iOS app should consider another option.
Cons: Buyers need to verify that the broader CommunityCliQ support, security, hosting, and accessibility commitments apply to Diverst.

Alternatives

Teleskope Affinities is another paid enterprise ERG management option, with Android, iOS, and web support; choose it if iOS access is important. Its pricing is also custom and requires booking a demo.

Mathison is a paid, web-based alternative with pricing on request. Consider it if a web-only option better suits your deployment.

Mitratech CaseCloud is paid and supports Android, iOS, and web, with pricing discussed through a personalized demo. It may be preferable when iOS support is required.

Chezie is a paid web option with a free trial, so it may suit buyers who want to try an alternative before committing.

Fair HQ is a paid web-based alternative for buyers comparing options in this category.

Applied is a paid option with web and API platforms and a free trial. Consider it if API access or a trial is important to your evaluation.

CommunityCliQ is a paid web ERG alternative with pricing by vendor contact. It is worth comparing for buyers seeking an ERG-focused web product.

Diversio is a paid web alternative with no free plan. Its Optimo plan costs 5.00 USD per contact and includes employee risk insights, manager recommendations, daily Slack or Teams check-ins, and HRIS data import. Choose it if those capabilities and per-contact pricing suit your needs.

Verdict

Diverst is a sensible choice for organizations that need dedicated member and leader tools alongside DEI analytics for ERG programs. Its clearest reason to choose it is the combination of community participation and program measurement; its main drawback is custom pricing, which makes costs and terms a sales-discussion item. Confirm the quote, supported connections, and which broader CommunityCliQ commitments extend to Diverst before deciding.
