Pick Azahar if…
Azahar suits 3DS owners who want to use their game libraries on supported desktop or Android devices. It also serves homebrew developers and people interested in 3DS research and preservation.
Pick Folium if…
Folium suits iPhone and iPad users who want to emulate its listed retro systems and are prepared to provide their own game and system files. It may be less suitable for older devices where emulation can be slow.
