Overview

FitnessAI uses AI-powered workouts built from real training sessions to set exercises, sets, reps, and weights. As users improve, it adjusts weights and reps, and it can adapt workouts to the equipment available. That makes it a useful fit for people who want a changing program without having to revise every session themselves; it may be less suitable for those who prefer to control their programming in detail.

Sessions run from 5 to 30 minutes and adapt to a user's schedule, which supports shorter or variable training windows. The app tracks strength gains and includes a 3D BodyScan visualization for body-composition progress. Guided videos and muscle visuals demonstrate exercise form, adding practical instruction alongside the workout prescription.

Key features

Adaptive workout guidance: Prescribed sets, reps, and weights change as users progress, while workouts can accommodate available equipment. This reduces the need to manually update a routine, though the stated features do not establish how much users can override the adjustments.
Flexible session length: Workouts can take 5–30 minutes and adapt to schedule and equipment. That range suits users balancing training with limited time, but does not promise a particular workout duration.
Progress and form support: Strength tracking and 3D BodyScan cover different measures of progress, while videos and muscle visuals help demonstrate movement form.
Connected health data: FitnessAI says it can sync performance data automatically with Apple Watch. Its iOS listing also supports workout syncing with Apple Health through HealthKit.

Pricing

FitnessAI has a free plan, but the plan details do not establish its limits or inclusions. Paid in-app purchase options include several monthly and annual memberships. All supplied subscription terms say they renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

FitnessAI - Annual Member	89.99 USD per year	Another annual option at the same price.

The supplied prices do not clarify how the similarly named plans differ, so choosing among them on price alone does not establish what each includes. Review the selected in-app purchase and its renewal terms before subscribing. The privacy policy says the company may collect usage data and use service providers for analytics, advertising, and payment processing. It says payment card details are provided directly to third-party processors rather than stored or collected by FitnessAI, and that commercially acceptable safeguards are used without guaranteeing absolute security.
