Overview

Teams assign sync hours to discussion topics, and Remeet schedules or reschedules them based on who needs to take part and how much time a topic requires. When the allotted hours are full, lower-priority topics wait. That is useful for teams that need to protect time for the most important conversations, but it makes the weekly quota a real operating limit rather than a minor plan detail.

Remeet breaks multi-topic meetings into shorter, focused discussions. Organizers can add context and materials, and require selected participants to prepare before a topic is scheduled. This structure suits collaborative teams willing to organize work around individual topics; teams looking only for a straightforward booking calendar may find its meeting model more than they need.

Key features

Topic-based scheduling

Automatic scheduling and rescheduling account for topic priority, required participants, and available sync hours. Lower-priority discussions are postponed when capacity is full, which gives teams a built-in way to make trade-offs instead of letting every agenda item compete equally for meeting time.

Preparation and meeting tools

Organizers can supply materials and context in advance and require selected attendees to prepare. Remeet also lists HD video conferencing with 4K screen-sharing, simultaneous topic discussions, collaborative notes, timers, and recording transcription among its features or add-ons. These tools support a prepared, topic-by-topic workflow, though not every listed capability is necessarily included in every plan.

Integrations and billing definition

Remeet lists integrations with Google Calendar, Office 365 Calendar, Slack, Google Chat, and Mattermost. Microsoft Teams is marked as coming soon. Paid seats are based on participation: a user counts as active after at least 60 minutes of calls in a billing month. People who only access notes, recordings, and transcriptions are free, a useful distinction for teams that share meeting records more widely than they invite people to calls.

Pricing

Remeet has a free plan, paid plans billed annually per active user per month, and a 30-day trial with no credit card required. The trial enables all account functionality, giving teams a chance to assess the full workflow before committing.

Plan	Price and limits	Best fit
Free	0.00 USD per free; 1 weekly sync hour, up to 15 users, and 2 weeks of cloud recordings. Includes a free concierge onboarding session.	Small teams testing topic-based meetings or running a light meeting schedule. One weekly hour is a tight ceiling for regular discussion.
Team	10.00 USD per month per active user, billed annually; up to 5 weekly sync hours, 25 users, and 1 month of cloud recordings.	Teams that need more room than Free provides while remaining within a 25-user cap.
Business	25.00 USD per month per active user, billed annually; up to 10 weekly sync hours, 50 users, and 6 months of cloud recordings.	Larger or more meeting-intensive teams that need higher weekly capacity and a longer recording window.
Enterprise	Custom pricing; unlimited weekly sync hours and users, with 1 year of cloud recordings.	Organizations that would exceed Business limits or need its expanded recording retention.

The lower tiers trade capacity and recording retention for lower cost: Free allows only 1 weekly sync hour and keeps recordings for 2 weeks, while Team raises those limits to 5 hours and 1 month. Business doubles Team’s weekly hours and user allowance and extends recordings to 6 months, but costs 25.00 USD per month per active user billed annually. Enterprise removes the stated hours and user caps, but requires a custom quote. Premium support appears as a plan-comparison feature, and Remeet provides a support and feedback email address.

Platforms

Remeet is available on Android, macOS, web, and Windows. That range supports teams working across mobile and desktop devices.

Who it's for

Remeet is best suited to highly collaborative, distributed teams—particularly remote-first groups—that want recurring discussions prioritized and scheduled as separate topics. It is less compelling for teams that need only occasional calls, a simple booking tool, or more weekly sync time than their selected plan permits.

Pros and cons

Pros

Scheduling follows topic priority and participant needs: teams can reserve limited sync time for the discussions that matter most.
Preparation is built into the workflow: organizers can share materials and require selected participants to prepare before scheduling.
Non-call participants do not count as active users: people who only use notes, recordings, and transcriptions are free.
Full-functionality trial without a card: teams can evaluate all account functionality for 30 days before paying.

Cons

Weekly sync hours are capped on the three priced tiers: Free, Team, and Business provide 1, 5, and 10 hours respectively, so busier teams may need Enterprise.
Paid tiers have user limits below Enterprise: Team tops out at 25 users and Business at 50.
Paid pricing is tied to annual billing: the stated monthly per-active-user prices require an annual commitment.
Recording retention varies sharply by tier: Free keeps cloud recordings for 2 weeks, compared with 1 month on Team, 6 months on Business, and 1 year on Enterprise.

Verdict

Choose Remeet if your distributed team wants conversations scheduled as prioritized, focused topics and can work within a defined weekly sync allowance. Its preparation tools and active-user billing are meaningful advantages for collaborative teams, but annual billing on paid plans and tight caps at lower tiers make it a weaker fit for teams with heavy meeting loads or limited interest in structured topic scheduling.
