The platform tracks materials, costs, users, dates and times, and can generate traceability reports. Its listed compliance capabilities include FSMA 204 support, mock recalls, COA management and audit trails. Integrations include accounting, commerce and logistics systems such as QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, Amazon FBA and ShipStation. An authenticated REST API has read and write access to core data, with webhooks for inventory, orders and production events.
