What VBS PRO is
VBS PRO is a web-based registration and management system for Vacation Bible School and other children’s events that need advance sign-up. Organizers can build a customizable event website with photos, links, custom pages, and downloadable documents such as release forms. Participants and volunteers register online through configurable fields, while administrators assign children to crews and volunteers to jobs with drag-and-drop controls. An auto-build crew feature is included. Parents who provide valid email addresses receive automatic registration confirmations. The registration site is designed for mobile devices. VBS PRO supports attendee check-in, recurring events, and custom registration forms. It has no built-in payment collection, but organizers can link to their own payment service. Email tools are included, though custom mass emailing is not its focus; participant addresses can be exported. The Free plan costs nothing for one event at a time. Premium costs $45.99 a year.
