What SYNC is

SYNC gathers guests’ event photos into a shared album that they can join with a QR code or invite code. Guests can participate from a modern phone browser without installing the app or creating an account. Hosts choose whether photos appear during the event, after it ends, or after an additional delay; they can also split an event into Moments with separate QR codes and reveal timing. SYNC is offered on iOS and Android. Users can export original full-resolution photos to the device’s Photos app, and photos captured offline queue on-device for upload when connectivity returns. The free plan is listed as free and supports up to 7 guests, with photos described as unlimited. Paid SYNC PRO tiers are one-time, per-event purchases, from SYNC 10 to Unlimited, with higher guest and photo-per-guest limits and a custom cover image. SYNC says photos are encrypted in transit, stored in event-scoped buckets, and protected by per-event row-level security. It also says it does not sell photos or data, run ads, or use cross-app tracking. The maker says support replies within 12 hours, usually faster.
