Skomi Site Behavior
Skomi Site Behavior is a web service for examining how visitors use a site.
What Skomi Site Behavior is
Skomi Site Behavior is a web service for examining how visitors use a site. It shows clicks, scroll depth, attention, session replays and a live visitor view, while heatmaps separate desktop, tablet and mobile layouts and aggregate activity against page elements. Rage-click detection and mobile capture are included. Live view allows session watching but does not provide chat, co-browsing or visitor control. Inputs, textareas and selects are excluded from recording in every mode. Relaxed mode captures page text by default; Balanced masks numbers and email-like text, and Strict masks every word. Masking occurs at capture, so hidden content is not uploaded. Recording can follow a site’s consent decision. The existing site script enables the service, and Google Tag Manager dataLayer pushes are read without extra code.
Good
- Heatmaps separate desktop, tablet and mobile
- Inputs are excluded from recordings
- Capture-time masking prevents later reveal
- Consent decisions can control recording
- Non-expiring free plan
Watch out
- Live view lacks chat and co-browsing
- Free Hobby recordings last 30 days
- Text capture varies by masking mode
Who it suits
It suits site owners and teams analyzing behavior across responsive layouts. The free plan fits basic observation, while paid tiers add more credits, sites, applications and history.
Verdict
Skomi Site Behavior combines behavioral views with controls for consent and captured text. Its free tier provides a way to start, while plan limits and the absence of interactive live-session controls are important considerations.
