Each SIP channel includes unlimited outbound calling to the US48 states and Canada and unlimited inbound calling to local numbers; one channel is required for each concurrent incoming or outgoing call. Records are viewable near real time, cover today and the past year, and can be downloaded as CSV files. A searchable number database covers the US and Canada, and most DIDs are provisioned instantly. Customers choose their broadband provider; G.711 calls use approximately 85kbps up/down, and G.729 is supported. International toll-fraud protection can terminate unauthorized calls, disable international calling, and send alerts. Inbound calls can fail over to another IP-PBX or backup PSTN number. SIP.US supports SIP-enabled PBX systems and Microsoft Teams connections. The service is available only to businesses based in the United States and Canada.
