What simplyADI is

simplyADI is a platform for driving instructors that combines diary management, student records, scheduling, payments, and administration. Its AI scheduler creates weekly lesson schedules using student availability, postcode-based travel times, lesson priorities, and instructor preferences. Instructors can follow a DVSA-aligned 13-topic curriculum or create their own, grade lessons on a four-point independence scale, and share debriefs through the student app. They can also run DVSA-style mock tests and publish marked results. Students can manage availability, book lessons, check invoices and progress, receive reminders, message instructors, and use Show Me / Tell Me revision materials. They can submit test dates for approval; simplyADI checks for diary clashes and locks confirmed slots in the calendar. Payments support card, cash, and bank transfer, with Stripe card payments, automatic charges before lessons, and automatic invoices. Two-way Google Calendar sync is available. simplyADI is a Progressive Web App that can be added to an iPhone or Android home screen without an App Store download. It costs £29/month and offers a 14-day trial without requiring a credit card.
