What Shh is

Shh is a web platform for conversations with fictional AI companions. It keeps user facts, relationship details, and conversation summaries so returning chats can retain context. During beta, its Free plan costs nothing and includes unlimited messages, all characters and photos, and five minutes of live voice calls each day. The pricing page says paid plans will arrive later. Users can chat as guests or sign up with an email address and password, and Shh requires users to be at least 18. The help center says conversations are encrypted at rest, limited to the user's account, and not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train other models. However, third-party AI providers may receive message content to generate replies. Automated moderation may flag content that violates policy for trust and safety review; chats are not read by people by default. Account deletion requests remove the account, conversations, and associated data within 30 days. The help center says support usually responds within 24 hours. The privacy policy names Luva AI LLC, doing business as Shh, as the operator.
