SAS Advanced Analytics refers to SAS Viya, a cloud-native data and AI platform for connecting data, building and governing models, and operationalizing decisions. It supports data mining, machine learning, and statistical modeling through visual and code-based interfaces. Forecasting workflows include time-series modeling, model evaluation, and automated machine learning, with batch and real-time deployment and API access. SAS Data and AI Studio handles data pipelines, ETL and ELT processes, analytics workflows, and SAS or Python code. It connects with Amazon S3, Google BigQuery, Azure Data Lake Storage, Snowflake, Oracle, MongoDB, and Apache Airflow. Viya includes governance, lineage, auditability, model management, explainability, fairness testing, and bias detection tools. Deployment can use SAS-managed cloud services or self-managed cloud environments, including Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. A private free trial is available; pricing is by request.
