RUNALYZE is a manufacturer-independent training analysis platform for endurance athletes, with a free plan and paid options.
What RUNALYZE is
RUNALYZE is a manufacturer-independent training analysis platform for endurance athletes, with a free plan and paid options. It estimates effective VO2max, predicts race times from 3k to ultramarathon, and calculates acute and chronic training load from heart rate. Analysis tools include trend views, boxplots, dynamic histograms, summaries, data tables, and performance curves for power, heart rate, and pace over the last 90 days. Accounts can optionally record sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, weight, blood pressure, glucose, temperature, illness, and injury. The compatible-app list includes Garmin, Suunto, Polar, COROS, Strava, Whoop, Oura, Wahoo, and Concept2, among others. Manual uploads support formats including FIT, TCX, GPX, CSV, and JSON. The Android app is for viewing and analyzing account data; it does not record activities. RUNALYZE says account data is private by default and is not sold or passed to third parties. Premium users can connect an AI client for read-only, user-authorized, revocable access. The Free plan costs nothing; Supporter costs €2.50 a month, and Early Premium costs €5.50 a month. RUNALYZE describes itself as a sports diary, not a substitute for a physician.
