What ROPAi is

ROPAi is a web-based privacy compliance platform for creating and maintaining records of processing activities and linking them to related assessment work. Its AI ROPA interview organizes responses into Article 30 fields, and the generated records remain editable and reviewable. Workflows include EDPB-aligned DPIA assessment, a legitimate interest assessment process, EU AI Act FRIA, an ICO AI Audit workflow and Chapter V transfer assessment. CSV and PDF exports are available. The Record plan costs £99 per month and includes 50 activities, one seat, the AI interview, DPIA screening, a processor register and library, a view of the Data Flow Atlas, and exports. Govern costs £249 per month and adds unlimited activities, five seats, DPIA, LIA and FRIA workspaces, review and approval gates, and an evidence log. Orchestrate is custom-priced and lists unlimited seats, DSAR workflows and a request queue, custom reporting and multi-stage approvals. ROPAi is onboarding a small number of teams through a waitlist and founder-led onboarding for selected organizations. Its primary customer data store is hosted in EU-West, Dublin. The company says it does not hold its own ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2 or Cyber Essentials certification.
