What RapidPress.ai is
RapidPress.ai is a web-based press release submission service that uses AI to draft and validate releases before distribution. Customers provide input for a release, review or edit the generated text, and submit it for an editorial compliance check. Distribution is handled through EINNewswire for placement on major news outlets and platforms. Customers can request immediate publication or schedule a future date, and the service says most releases appear within 1–2 business hours after submission. An email confirms publication, followed 24 hours later by a distribution report with performance analytics. If EINNewswire rejects a release, RapidPress.ai says it will help revise and resubmit it without an additional charge. The Per Press Release plan costs $395, paid once and includes AI-generated content, AI editorial review, EINNewswire distribution, confirmation email, and the report. Customers pay per submission rather than through a subscription, and the service states that there are no recurring charges. Payment processing is handled through Stripe.
