What Provar is
Provar Automation is a Salesforce-native solution for creating, running and debugging test cases inside and outside Salesforce. Interactive authoring and smart autocomplete support Salesforce test creation, while the testing scope includes data-driven tests, API testing, persona-based testing, Salesforce metadata and SOQL. Provar can cover end-to-end workflows involving APIs, databases, email and web apps; listed targets also include mobile applications. The Provar Automation Grid plan provides cloud execution for up to 500 instances, cross-operating-system and cross-browser testing, and AI test orchestration. Grid can schedule tests and connect with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Bamboo, GitLab CI, TravisCI, Heroku, TeamCity, Buildkite, AutoRABIT and BlueCanvas. Reporting is available in Provar Manager, with execution video, PDF, HTML and JUnit results, as well as email notifications. Provar says it was founded in 2014. It states that it is ISO 27001-certified and SOC 2 Type 2 attested, encrypts data in transit and at rest, complies with GDPR and does not sell user data. Pricing is on request, and a 30-day trial is offered for Provar Grid.
