What OrderBee is

OrderBee is a web-based inventory planning service for small product brands selling through Shopify, wholesale, or B2B channels. It forecasts demand 12 weeks ahead, refreshing forecasts daily, and recommends what to reorder, in what quantity, and when. Buy plans calculate quantities, timing, and safety stock for each SKU based on supplier lead times and whole-case rounding. Alerts flag products below their reorder point and show suggested quantities and projected stockout dates. Shopify orders, products, current stock, and sales history can sync automatically; sales and inventory can also be imported from Moneybird, WeFact, Huboo, or CSV files. Amazon sales can be uploaded by CSV; direct Amazon connectivity is planned, and Exact Online is on the roadmap. OrderBee says it hosts data in the EU and is GDPR compliant. Its Shopify connection uses secure OAuth without password sharing and reads orders and products. Starter costs €49 a month, billed monthly, excluding 21% VAT, for up to 10 SKUs. Growth costs €99 a month on the same billing basis, with unlimited SKUs and forecast plans. There is no free plan or trial.
