OpenVC CRM is a web-based fundraising pipeline for startup founders managing investor interactions. Founders can add investors from OpenVC’s investor list or enter them manually, then move contacts from outreach toward close. Investor lists, introduction pathways, and pitch deck tracking are built into the workflow. The CRM can show when an investor opens a shared pitch deck and how long they view it. OpenVC says the free plan includes unlimited CRM use, unlimited team members, and unlimited deck analytics, with no extra cost for team seats; the plan is free and billed free forever. Founders can import up to 50 external investors at a time and export CRM data as CSV or XLSX. Exports omit emails for investors contacted through the Submit deck action and omit investor LinkedIn profiles. Records cannot currently be deleted in bulk, and a record cannot be deleted if a credit has been used for it. OpenVC says data access is limited to its team for service operations and that it uses safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
