It is designed for leaders of mid-sized organizations, including CEOs, chief strategy officers, executive directors, and superintendents. Teams can use virtual whiteboards, planning exercises, guided workflows, and on-demand courses to create or refresh a strategy. Goals and OKRs link individual work to organizational priorities, while objective cascading, initiative tracking, strategy maps, and execution dashboards support planning and monitoring. Customizable dashboards and reports help share performance with stakeholders. The service is available on the web, iOS, and Android, though mobile access is limited to certain devices. Its Self-Guided Planning plan costs $200 a month and includes unlimited users with no long-term commitment required. There is no free plan, but a 14-day trial is available, and customers can switch plan types during that period. Microsoft Teams and Slack integrations are built in; Zapier provides access to thousands of integrations. Subscription support includes weekday phone service and webform submissions.
