What Oboard is
Oboard is an outcome management platform for aligning company, department, team and squad goals through OKRs. It lets organizations divide yearly OKRs into quarterly objectives and review strategy in a roadmap, OKR map, alignment view or plain view. Automated check-ins record achievements and challenges on OKR pages. Customizable dashboards and reports cover executive summaries, team progress, health metrics and personal goal progress. Jira integration is listed, while the Public API can synchronize success metrics from other tools. Oboard runs on the web and through an API. Essential plans provide three OKR levels and three custom fields; Professional provides seven of each; Enterprise removes those stated limits. For the 51–100 user tier, Essential costs $325 a month or $3,300 a year, while Professional costs $500 a month or $5,400 a year. Enterprise pricing is by custom quote and annual only. A 14-day all-feature trial ends without automated payments.
