NordLayer Browser is a business browser that gives administrators controls over employee access to company resources. Administrators can monitor team browsing to spot risky usage patterns and unapproved SaaS applications, and set policies for file transfers, clipboard use, and camera or microphone access. Web threat protection blocks malicious domains using threat intelligence feeds. Access features include policy-based routing, session timeouts, traffic segmentation, and private gateways for company resources. Browser SSO providers listed are Okta, Entra ID, OneLogin, Google, and JumpCloud. Organizations can create up to 200 security policies, each listing up to 100 destinations. NordLayer says it is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, has passed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit, and is aligned with HIPAA objectives. The browser is available for Windows and macOS. It requires an existing NordLayer account, and setup requires contacting the sales team to activate the feature. The Premium plan is $4 a month, billed per user per month, with a five-user minimum and a required server with a Dedicated IP at +$40/month.
