Muster is web-based grassroots advocacy software for organizations working to influence public policy at local, state, and federal levels. It supports nonprofits, associations, chambers of commerce, agencies, and corporations with campaign, CRM, email, and text-messaging tools. Campaign features include embeddable action forms, legislator targeting, petitions, analytics, downloadable reports, and patch-through call actions. The advocate CRM provides district matching, segmentation, custom fields, mapping, and grasstops relationship logging. Email tools offer drag-and-drop composition, reusable templates, advocate autofill, and district-based campaign-alert filtering. Muster also sends SMS broadcasts and alerts and can filter contacts with textable numbers. Integrations include a Salesforce AppExchange app and Zapier, which connects to more than 7,000 apps. The Advocacy CRM plan costs $99 a month, scaling with stored contacts. Other listed plans have no published prices and vary by action takers or advocates.
