What MinecraftDome is

MinecraftDome is a free, open-source web application that generates dome shapes and construction plans for Minecraft. Users draw connected square-mesh surfaces as circles, rectangles, diamonds, ellipses, or hyperellipses, then place anchors to constrain the surface. Anchors in one layer are treated as points on a plane defined by three points. Generation settings include parabolic load, catenary load, and roof load; setting loads to zero creates a soap-bubble effect. The display can show ideal blocks, a line grid, or Minecraft blocks, with an option requiring neighboring blocks to meet by a face. The app produces fixed-width plain-text plans for copying, pasting, or printing. Plans mark X and Z every 16 blocks and Y every 8 blocks, with offsets for chunk-boundary lines. The documented version has no save, restore, or undo feature. Catenary calculations may run to infinity, so instructions advise keeping reset available.
