Luxer Access is a cloud-based access control and management system for multifamily properties, offered for new construction and retrofit projects. It brings building entry, intercoms, elevators, cameras, parking and guest management under one centrally managed platform. Property managers can manage residents, staff, visitors and access points from an internet-enabled device, and review real-time activity and audit history. Residents can use the app to manage access, take intercom calls, issue guest codes, receive package notifications, check access history and remotely unlock doors. Listed integrations with property platforms support reading the rent roll and maintaining resident lists. The system can also grant delivery carriers access codes for areas needed to reach Luxer One Lockers.
