Loop Habit Tracker is a free Android app for building and maintaining long-term habits. It charts activity over time and gives each habit a score that rises with repetitions and falls when days are missed. Users can set flexible schedules, such as three times a week or every other day, and choose a reminder time for each habit. Notifications let users check off or dismiss habits, while colorful widgets provide home-screen tracking. Loop works offline and requires no online account registration. Its privacy policy says habit data stays on the device, is not uploaded or shared with third parties, and cannot be accessed by the developers. The policy also says the app has no advertising libraries or third-party analytics code. Users can export habit data to CSV or an SQLite database file, and other apps such as Tasker can add checkmarks. The free plan includes all features, unlimited habits, and no in-app purchases. Loop is free software under the GNU General Public License version 3 or later, with downloads linked through Google Play and F-Droid. It tracks positive habits only.
