What LeadLex is
LeadLex is a web CRM built for patent and trade mark firms, and its maker says it can also serve commercial law firms. It builds client, prospect, and referrer records from connected email, calendars, Teams, and LinkedIn. Its Prospector searches more than 210 million business contacts across over 480 industries, including in-house counsel, general counsel, and IP managers. LeadLex monitors EPO and national EU registers, matching filings with client records and firm conflict walls. Automation rules written in plain English can turn events such as approaching renewals into drafts for review. The system can prepare renewal notes, follow-ups, and meeting briefings, but a partner must approve drafts before they are sent to a client. Other functions include pipeline reporting and event contact capture. Live connectors include Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, and WhatsApp; Slack is beta, while LinkedIn Sync and Webhook are listed as coming soon. Pricing is on request. LeadLex says customer data is stored and processed in Frankfurt without replication outside the EU.
