Kindful is a web-based service for nonprofit organizations managing donor and member lists, donation campaigns, event ticketing, and results. Its fundraising tools include donation forms, text fundraising, peer-to-peer campaigns, auctions, and event management. CRM features cover donor profiles, engagement and giving history, personalized communications, reports, dashboards, and analytics. Volunteer tools support recruitment, management, scheduling, reporting, and mobile app access. Bloomerang’s integrations page lists QuickBooks, DonorSearch, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Amilia, Verified First, and thousands of additional apps through Zapier. Kindful also provides API calls for certain account activities outside the application interface. The current maker site identifies Kindful as a Bloomerang product, and Bloomerang acquired it in 2021. Bloomerang says its platform uses access controls and audit logs and is SOC 2 Type 2 certified and PCI DSS compliant. Kindful pricing is on request, with no free plan.
