Hook Security is a security awareness training and phishing simulation platform for managed service providers and small and midsize businesses. Its short video courses use psychology, humor, and positive reinforcement. Autopilot can schedule training, assign courses, send reminders, and generate reports; phishing simulations can trigger remediation training when a user clicks. Compliance tracks cover HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001. MSP-focused tools support multi-tenant management, global programs, per-client customization, and client-ready reports. Listed integrations include Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, PingOne, Active Directory, Slack, Splunk, Vanta, Litmos, Moodle, Bridge, and ScalePad Lifecycle Insights. The integrations are included, and the platform also provides a REST API, webhooks, SCORM, and CSV import and export. ConnectWise, Autotask, and HaloPSA integrations are marked as coming soon; interim connection options include API, webhooks, or scheduled CSV export. Published per-seat rates apply to organizations with 50 or more seats: $2 a month or $20 a year, billed annually. Businesses under 50 seats can choose a flat $999 a year plan. Support is included.
