Hirize HR Parser converts resumes and job descriptions into structured information for hiring workflows. It extracts details such as skills, experience and education. Hirize says the parser handles documents in more than 27 languages and supports file formats including JPG, PNG, PDF, DOCX and hard-copy documents through OCR. The company claims 95% accuracy and extraction of more than 150 data points. Teams can connect through a REST API, including with a POST call. Described integrations include candidate-data syncing with Greenhouse, workflow automation through Zapier and file import or export with Google integration. The service is offered on the web and as an API, and the company names startups, HR SaaS providers and enterprise teams as audiences. Hirize says data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, and that it does not train on user data. It lists SOC 2, ISO27001 and GDPR under compliance. A free API trial is offered without a credit card, though the displayed trial credit amount is “X credits.” Paid plans are available on request; both options require at least 1,000 files or API calls. Pay-as-you-go credits are purchased together and expire after 12 months.
