Hickery

What Hickery is

Hickery is a web service that creates music playlists from prompts and listening preferences. Users can combine artists, songs, genres, moods, activities, sounds, and additional instructions in a prompt, or generate recommendations from liked songs or a selected playlist. They can also choose 3–5 artists or genres to shape a taste profile. Visitors can try generating a playlist without signing up. Signing in enables playlist saving, song likes, and personalized recommendations. The Free plan costs nothing and includes basic playlist creation and management, standard recommendations, 10 AI-generated playlists per month, and 100 song likes per month. PRO offers unlimited playlists and likes, advanced recommendations, priority generation and support, ad-free use, and export to Spotify and other platforms; its fee is specified at purchase. Even unlimited plans are subject to fair use. Hickery links to third-party music content, primarily hosted on YouTube, and says it does not host, upload, or distribute copyrighted material itself. Some PRO features may depend on third-party services such as the Spotify API. Subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused features, or early cancellation.
