Groovepad is a music-making app for Android and iOS that lets you build songs and mix tracks by tapping pads. Its sound library covers Hip-hop, EDM, House, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Trap, and Electronic. Live Loops combine sounds into music, while Beat School provides lessons for each sound pack. You can shape the sound with filter, flanger, reverb, and delay effects, then share your creations. Easybrain publishes the app, which has a free plan, ads, and in-app purchases. The Make Awesome Beats purchase is $7.99, paid once. Groovepad Pro unlocks all sound packs and features, includes new releases, and removes ads. Listed subscriptions are $9.99 a year for the sale plan, $9.99 a month, or $46.99 a year; they renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Commercial use of beats made from at least two loops is allowed for specified uses with proper attribution. Google Play says the app may collect and share location, financial information, and three other data types; data is encrypted in transit, and deletion can be requested.
